Message	provided it was serviced at a dealer, and then make a determination on it's value. If it still needs the 60K service and hasn't had the clutch/brakes done recently you're looking at around $1,500 in service off the bat. Also, if the tires are worn out, that's at least another $500. Then I'd knock those items off of whatever the dealer is asking for the car meaning that anywhere from $10-12k would be reasonable in my book. Good luck.
